Now that you're ready to list your property, you can select type of space from 2 options:
Please ensure your images of the property are a click away. Details such as square footage of the home, and which utilities and furnishings are included will also be essential.
Listing a property as an entire unit means:
The property will only be inhabited by the student tenant(s) under one lease. This means you can list your house, apartment, basement suite, or townhouse for rent. Because you can only one create one lease for all the tenants in the property, you can only accept one application for the property. For this property, select entire unit.

Properties that fit this description are:
House, apartment or townhouse with no tenants
Basement suites (with private or shared entrance)
Entire floor suites
However, if you prefer to rent by individual bedrooms:
You will select Individual room and Add a room. You can list a property you reside in, or one that will only be shared by multiple students. This will allow you to price each room individually, rent each room separately and create and manage individual leases per room.

Properties that fit this description are:
A spare bedroom in your property
An empty property with more than 1 bedroom, but will be more affordable for a student to live in if they're renting a bedroom
To mark a room unavailable or available:
As rooms are rented, you can mark each rented room as unavailable. Then the room will no longer appear for students who are still searching for a place to stay. On your account home page, click the property name (if you have more than 1 property) and then click edit this listing.

Click Rooms on the left tab, and for the rented room, click the highlighted Mark as unavailable and finally, click Save changes.

You can always edit your property at anytime.
